River Valley Marine is hiring an experienced Marine Technician / Boat Mechanic to join our professional service team in Rochester.

If you have technician experience in marine, automotive, diesel, RV, or powersports repair, this is a high-paying, year-round career opportunity with manufacturer training and long-term growth potential.

Marine experience is preferred, but strong mechanical technicians from other industries are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Schedule

• Up to $40/hour total compensation (based on experience & performance)


• Hourly base + efficiency incentives


• Monday–Friday schedule


• Full-time, year-round employment

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair boat engines and marine systems


• Perform maintenance, winterization, and seasonal prep


• Work on outboards, inboards, and sterndrives


• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently


• Collaborate with service advisors and parts team
