What you’ll do: 

• Greet Members, Guests, and team members in a warm and professional manner.

• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

• Assist with grab-and-go food, beverage, retail, and market purchases.

• Stock, organize, and rotate food and beverage items to ensure freshness and proper presentation.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market, display areas, counters, refrigerators, and storage spaces.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to leadership.

• Ensure all items are properly labeled, priced, and displayed.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, cash handling, and Club service standards.

• Answer basic Member and Guest questions or direct them to the appropriate team member.

• Assist with opening, closing, and daily shift responsibilities.

• Support F&B operations as needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous cashier, retail, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.

• Experience using a point-of-sale system preferred.

• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong customer service skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

• Demonstrates respect for Hawaiian values, history, and culture, and understands the importance of creating a welcoming experience for the community served
