Job Description - Market Cafe Supervisor

Education bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
â 2 -3years of previous experience as a team leader or in a supervisory level.
â Leading team with passion

Experience & Functional Knowledge
â Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
â Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and to manage and motivate the cafÃ© staff.
â Has a passion for Food & Beverage
â Enjoys being challenged
â Must have a positive attitude and display leadership skills and excellence in customer service
â Flexible in scheduled shifts, including early morning start times, weekdays, weekends and or holidays
