Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic team and take charge of coordinating multi-channel marketing engagements. As the traffic controller and project coordinator, you will be the key liaison between our marketing team, management team, and agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end marketing initiatives, including planning, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Manage project timelines and vendor relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for agencies handling media buying, digital marketing, email campaigns, and content creation.
- Oversee affiliate program management and report on ROI.
- Optimize e-commerce website upsells/cross-sells for increased conversion.
- Implement and manage VIP/Loyalty programs.
- Assist in planning and executing trade shows and managing event logistics.
- Outreach and management of influencers and social media partnerships.
- Handle Bazaar Voice review management and analyze competitor activity.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and propose innovative marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and organizational abilities.
- Proven experience in project management, data analysis, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, and Klaviyo is a plus.
