With deep expertise across cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide enterprises through complex digital decisions\u2014turning strategy into real outcomes.\n\n## \n\n## About the Role\n\nThe Account Executive - Google Cloud Solutions - Public Sector is a senior, client-facing sales leader responsible for driving growth of Insight\u2019s Google Cloud Solutions across Federal, State, Local and Higher Education clients.\n\nThis role combines deep solution expertise, executive-level relationship building, and full-cycle Public Sector sales leadership. You will partner closely with services leadership, delivery teams, and strategic partners to de\ufb01ne and execute growth strategies for both new and existing clients, positioning Insight as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.\n\n## What You\u2019ll Do\n\nAs an Account Executive, you will:\n\n * Own and drive Public Sector sales strategy for Google cloud solutions, selling professional services and delivering against annual revenue and bookings targets of 3M \u2013 4M\n * Build and deepen C-level and executive relationships, in\ufb02uencing long-term technology decisions\n\n\n\n * Lead complex, multi-year sales cycles\u2014from initial engagement through negotiation and close\n\n\n\n * De\ufb01ne and execute account growth strategies in partnership with Services Delivery and technical specialists\n\n\n\n * Identify, shape, and develop new opportunities across analytics, data, AI, and Google cloud services\n * Develop compelling, value-based proposals and executive presentations tailored to client outcomes\n * Run and manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders, opportunities, and buying centers\n * Maintain strong forecast accuracy and provide regular pipeline, revenue, and progress updates to leadership\n * Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies\n * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction\n\n\n\n## What We\u2019re Looking For\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, technology, or a related \ufb01eld\u2014or equivalent practical experience\n * 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, ideally in analytics, cloud, professional services or technology services\n * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets\n * Experience selling professional and/or managed services in complex, consultative sales environments\n * Demonstrated success engaging senior executive and C-suite stakeholders\n * Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, procurement, legal, and contract negotiations\n * Ability to partner effectively with technical teams to de\ufb01ne solutions, build business cases, and drive adoption\n * Excellent communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills\n * Ability to work independently while thriving in a highly collaborative team environment\n * Willingness to travel approximately 50% to customer sites, events, and partner engagements\n\n\n\nThe position described above provides a summary of some the job duties required and what it would be like to work at Insight.
