Position Title: Market Development Lead - West Palm Beach, FL


Reports To: Principle/Executive Leadership


Location: West Palm Beach, FL


 


Position Summary: 


Vickers Design Group is seeking a driven individual to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients in the West Palm Beach market while building lasting relationships with new prospects in the commercial real estate sector. The ideal candidate will combine market knowledge, a robust professional network, and expertise in corporate interiors to drive business growth and ensure project excellence from real estate transaction through construction administration. 


Key Responsibilities: 


Market Leadership & Business Development 



  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities within the commercial real estate and corporate interiors sectors.

  • Maintain and grow client relationships and other key clients, serving as a trusted advisor.

  • Represent Vickers Design Group at industry events, networking opportunities, and community engagements.

  • Participate in pitches for new opportunities.


Client Relations & Project Oversight



  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Vickers Design Group team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals. 

  • Lead project kickoff efforts, communicating project scope, schedule, and budget with the design team.

  • Perform construction administration in conjunction with the design team to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and client expectations.

  • Anticipate and resolve project issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction in conjunction with the design team.


Qualifications & Experience:



  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.

  • 10+ years of CRE, Development, Management, and/or brokerage industry experience, with proven project and client leadership responsibilities. 

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Established network and relationships within the South Florida commercial real estate community.

  • Strong understanding of local market trends, permitting processes, and construction practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, construction management, real estate, or related field. 


Success Measures:



  • Successful on-boarding and retention of clients.

  • Acquisition of new clients and diversification on the local client portfolio.

  • High client satisfaction scores and repeat business.

  • Growth of West Palm Beach opportunities and achieving revenues in line with strategic goals.
