Market Director

• Leadership Coach. Ability to support and mentor teams to develop their strengths and increase success. Must be able to communicate the “why” behind our strategy.
• Strategy and Execution. Identifies and plans strategic activities and solutions to penetrate sales markets.
• Partner and Influencer. Brings passion to serving others and provides exceptional sales presentations with a consultative approach.

• 5-7 years’ experience, preferably with a food sales and marketing agency, or with a national food manufacturer
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Self-motivation and accountability
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• CRM experience is a plus
