Maintain effective employee relations programs and ensure proper administration of compensation and benefits. Design and oversee effective recruitment and retention programs. Maintain accurate Associate personnel records. Mentor and develop Human Resources Department Associates, fostering growth opportunities and professional development Report directly to the CEO.
Market Director Human Resources Qualification s: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 2 years of HR leadership experience in a hospital setting.
