IT Services: Application development, maintenance, and testing.

Salary Range: $180K-$200K/Annum

Job Description:
Qualifications:

• Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Deep operations, solutions, sales leadership, with over 15 years’ experience in large Service Providers/Payers/Pharmacies , across core processes in healthcare operations, including membership, benefits, claims, provider management, member and provider service, payment integrity, audit, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage technology, data, analytics, RPA, and AI and make operations intelligent, automated, and autonomous .
• Delivered business and cost outcomes including significantly reduced manual efforts, lowering the risks and penalties, and increasing customer experience and engagement.
• Delivered outstanding results in a challenging environment, demonstrating accountability with a strong sense of ownership. Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to create and build business
• Developed sustained and trusted partnerships with clients, passion for building relationships with account, sales, and other teams in the company.
• Demonstrated ability to bring together best of the company’s capabilities for solutions and offerings delivering to client goals and outcomes.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills. Ability to build executive-level presentations and present them to an executive audience.
