Market Manager

About the role

The Market Manager is responsible for the direction and administration of branch operations of one or more credit union facilities to include daily operations and assistance with facility maintenance. Ensures established policies and procedures are followed. Supervises and coaches’ subordinates to meet or exceed sales and service expectations in various types of situations through goal setting, one-on-one discussions, and branch meetings. Completes performance evaluations. Ensures members are promptly and professionally served. Has lending authority based on credit union policy. Participates in community related activities as a representative of the credit union. Will assist in all branch functions to include lending, account openings, member service needs as required.

Qualifications

• A high school education or equivalent
• Two to five years of related or similar leadership experience preferred or demonstration of leadership provided.
• Previous financial experience desired
