Overview: We are seeking an experienced and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research studies, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to support our strategic business decisions. This is a hybrid position with opportunities to work in our Clearwater office and at home.
Responsibilities: Market Research and Data Analysis: Design and execute qualitative and quantitative market research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and data mining Collect, organize, and analyze primary and secondary data from various sources Identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns Conduct competitive analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats Provide insights to support strategic planning and decision-making processes Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns Segment target markets and identify potential new market opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions Project Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of market research projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and research agencies as needed Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity throughout the research process
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research or a related analytical role Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly Familiarity with various market research methodologies and data collection techniques Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
