What You Drive at DTNA
Lead the Economic and Trucking team’s North America business growth & competitive analysis approach
- Develop and streamline market intelligence which will inform sales and marketing, DTNA’s Dealer network, and other external facing departments on conquest strategy and opportunity
- Incorporate internal analysis into dealer intelligence and customer partnerships to meet our market share and growth targets
- Lead Retail Prospect Management systems integrations and feature enhancements
- Champion and support Micro-Market strategy adoption across key functional areas.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, aftermarket, and IT to develop a strong understanding of our data and the truck market.
- Develop and maintain standards across our team to improve Sales and Marketing’s data analytic skills and data governance practices.
- Create and present using various communication mediums (PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to report findings to senior leadership.
- Develop documentation and other functions for Continuous Improvement in the area
- Act as business project manager in the development of new use cases, adoption of AI, and continuous improvement activities in collaboration with IT.
- Lead training & development of new team members and the broader Sales & Marketing group
- Support budget, PR/PO & invoicing processes for vendor contracts
- Manage relationships with third party vendors that provide data and external market intelligence to the Business Development Team.
What You Drive at DTNA
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Statistics, Analytics or related quantitative field with 4 years of related experience, OR an Associate’s degree with 7 years of related experience, is required
- Ability to drive cross-functional project teams of services personnel dispersed across multiple geographies and disciplines in a matrix structure where none of the resources report directly to the program manager.
- Able to motivate stakeholders and influence their decision to align with organizational goals and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
- Interpret complex data sets, pinpoint findings, and provide suggestions and explanations to broader Sales and Marketing Team.
- Solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently while coordinating activities with cross-divisional teams.
- Team player; able to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the organization.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills; ability to think strategically.
- Experience and willingness to mentor/coach other’s as well as executive level consulting on business opportunity.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop executive level presentation skills.
- Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) expert level skills.
- Knowledge of DTNA products and North American trucking industry.
- Solid and demonstrable communication skills, i.e. ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audience.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Previous work experience in Sales, Marketing, Aftermarket or similar functions.
- Demonstrable proficiency & experience with visualization and data preparation tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Alteryx.

Fort Mill, SC US, Portland, OR US. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
