Job Description - Market Research & BI Manager

Lead primary market research initiatives to validate business hypotheses and inform brand strategy through agency-led quantitative and qualitative studies

Design and execute periodic market research, selecting optimal methodologies, data sources, and research partners

Synthesize primary research, competitive intelligence, and secondary data into actionable business insights

Deliver data-driven market and brand performance reporting to support agile decision-making

Monitor KPIs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify risks and strategic opportunities

Conduct market, patient flow, and competitive landscape analyses to support brand planning and commercialization strategies

Build and maintain forecasting models using epidemiology, demand studies, and analogue analysis

Collaborate cross-functionally with global analytics and business intelligence teams on regional and global initiatives

Managedexternal research vendors and continuously improved reporting efficiency and data quality

Requirements

5+ years of experience in primary and secondary market research within the pharmaceutical industry

Strong expertise in market research methodologies, data analytics, and pharmaceutical marketing

Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical data sources including IQVIA, JMDC, MDV, and epidemiological datasets

Advanced analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Tableau, and statistical/modeling tools

Proven ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing abilities

Skilled in logical problem-solving, hypothesis-driven thinking, and documentation

Bachelorâs degree or higher; advanced degree in science or data-related fields preferred
