A well-known fragrance company is currently seeking a consumers and market research Manager for their fragrances division. This is a hybrid position with excellent pay and benefits package. We are looking for someone who is self-started to lead and develop innovations.
Responsibilities:
· Develop new agile methodologies and applications
· Continuously seek improvement in technology and cost through evaluation
· Consumer innovation expertise
· Develop, manage, maintain, and foster collaborative future forward consumer panels
· Guide creative development of winning fragrances and R&D innovation technology
· Inspire collaboration with cross-functional teams, energize and engage teams
· Foster team building and growth
Skills & Education:
· BS in relevant fields such as Consumer Insights, Marketing, Psychology, Neuroscience, Sociology
· Analytics required; MS preferred
· Understanding of experimental design
· Microsoft Office
· SPSS or SAS
· At least 5 years’ experience in consumer insights
· Experience in developing and managing panels
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Effectively design qualitative and quantitative research programs
