POSITION: Market Research Senior Analyst

LOCATION: Arlington, VA (Onsite)

STATUS: Full time – Contingent Hire   

WORK HOURS: NOT REMOTE (Onsite only)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelors’ degree in Data Analytics or related discipline


• Experience: 7+ years of data analysis


• Must haves: Experience supervising program’s analysis activities


• Citizenship and Clearance: US. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance and or ability to obtain one


• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements


• Skills: Superior knowledge of analytic methodologies and statistical methods. Proficiency with SharePoint, TEAMS. Above average proficiency in other Microsoft Office products; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong documentation and technical reporting skills, strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and ability to lead a team.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Client Familiarity: Experience supporting U.S. Marine Corps


• Tools Familiarity: Types, and applications of Analytic Methodologies

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Implements data standards and deploys automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources and transform data into usable metrics.


• Constructs data sets, monitors data quality, troubleshoots and resolves database issues to ensure data integrity.


• Utilizes scripting and querying tools like Python, R or SQL, data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards.
