Market Sales Manager - San Antonio

We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Market Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Market Sales Managers are responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of New Home Experts to drive revenue and ensure their market is profitable.

What will you do?

Grow the team: participate in hiring, training, and motivating experts, while fostering team building and collaboration.
Manage and lead a team of New Homes Experts (licensed real estate agents)
Monitor success of each Expert via metrics, data hygiene, career development and improvement plans.
Ensure Experts follow all processes related to the Buyer’s Journey.
Conduct sales meetings and 1-1s.
Respond to all on-call tasks and support the Experts under your supervision.
Drive revenue in your market through your team’s sales production.
Ensure NHM's brand and reputation are elevated and protected in the markets.
Collaborate with other teams on cross-functional projects and provide input when applicable.
Support and execute on sales goals for NHM and personal goals for experts.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in leading, coaching and inspiring a high-performing team.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to critical issues.
Real estate experience and license highly preferred, but proven sales leadership in other industries may be considered.
