As a Client's Market Representative, your primary responsibility will be to establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at client properties within your assigned market. This dynamic position requires a proactive, results-driven individual who excels in communication and relationship-building. Through regular communication and in-person meetings, you will actively promote client services, aiming to secure contracts for restoration, construction, and roofing projects when needed.
What You’ll Do….
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers at client properties within the assigned market
Regular Communication: Contact decision makers and influencers bi-weekly through various means, including email, phone calls, text messages, and other communication channels
In-Person Meetings: Conduct monthly visits to client locations, scheduling face-to-face meetings, lunches, dinners, and attending sponsor events to build rapport and trust
Promotion of Client Services: Effectively communicate Clients full range of services, emphasizing our capabilities in disaster recovery, reconstruction, cap-ex construction, and roofing
Client Needs Assessment: Identify the specific needs and requirements of each client property, tailoring Company's services to meet their unique demands
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the Company's sales and project management teams to create customized proposals for potential projects
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and in line with Company's standards
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and suggestions for business growth
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
What you’ll need…
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred) from a four-year college or university; and four (4) + years related experience and/or training
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Willingness to travel within the assigned market
Knowledge of the construction or restoration industry is a plus
