We are looking for a Field Liaison (Sales-Marketing rep) to help us grow our business. You will be responsible for building relationships with Hospitals, Senior Living Communities, Physicians and others to help provide referrals. This person must be willing to drive to locations and meet with the referral sources and families. This is not an office job. You must be self motivated for success. The ideal candidate will have experience and an established referral base in the Phoenix market. You will also be responsible not only for developing relationships to obtain referrals but also in person family meetings. You must be willing to be available on off hours to help patients and families sign up for services should they choose that time. We are always available to support a patient and families needs.

The primary responsibilities would be to:
· Growth of the referral base for all businesses
· Identifying opportunities within the senior communities by reaching out to assisted living, memory care, adult family homes, hospitals, and doctors.
· Responsible for achieving and exceeding of admission goals.
· Building collaborative working relationships with referral sources and internal team members.
· Develop Relationships with key facility leaders in a legal and compliant manner.
· Help assess the appropriateness of services to clients/patients for next level of care.
· Demonstrate the technical selling skills and product knowledge necessary to effectively presen our company and what makes us unique.
· Partner with the eam to ensure that highest level of service and support to our clients & patients, referral sources, and community.
