Marketing Specialist

Location: Irwindale, CA (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time

1. Job Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing marketing operations and communications with Japanese manufacturers, external consultants, and digital marketing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with Japanese manufacturers via phone and email
• Analyzing product sales performance and providing insights
• Coordinating marketing strategies with external Amazon consultants
• Developing TikTok Shop marketing strategies, including:
  • TikTok Ads
  • Influencer marketing collaborations
• Handling administrative tasks, including:
  • Managing Excel files and reports
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Preparing sales and admin reports
  • Generating invoices and other necessary documents

2. Requirements

Required:

• Professional-level Japanese proficiency (must understand Japanese business culture and communication nuances)
• Professional-level English proficiency (able to discuss strategies with external agencies)
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to commute to the Irwindale office

Preferred:

• Chinese language proficiency is a plus

3. Work Schedule

Monday Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

4. Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $55,000 $58,000 (upon full-time hire)
