Hefty Seed Company is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Production Assistant to join our team. We have maintained that same small family business culture as we value our employees and believe family is first. This position is based out of our Baltic, SD office and is not remote.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Coordinate all company apparel and promotional items and maintain inventory

· Perform all aspects of the large format print, plotter, and laminator, including operation and maintenance

· Conduct the final stages of various print and design projects

· Print various marketing materials such as banners, posters, floor graphics, signage, print advertisements, and event graphics, and maintain inventory

· Assist with miscellaneous marketing projects including taking photographs, creating design elements, production, order management, and shipping logistics of a variety of items

· Communicate effectively with outside vendors including printing and promotional companies

Requirements

· 1 year of graphic design experience preferred

· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Software

· Previous large format print experience and production concepts are helpful but not required

· Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

· Ability to respond in a professional and productive manner

· Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and work independently

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

· Great communication and proofreading skills

· Photography skills are beneficial but not required

· Agriculture knowledge or background is a plus!
