StringCan Interactive is seeking a proactive and dynamic Account Manager to join our team and support our Director of Client Services and Strategy in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing strategies, and driving client satisfaction. In addition to client relationship management and project collaboration, you'll also take the lead in identifying opportunities for client growth and upselling, contributing to the overall success and expansion of our agency's client portfolio.
How Your Role Supports Our Clients & Team:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and trusted relationships. Understand client needs, goals, and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and exceed expectations. Client Growth and Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand services and upsell additional offerings to existing clients based on their evolving needs and business objectives. Collaborate with the Director of Client Services and Strategy to develop strategic plans for client growth and retention. Proactively pitch new ideas, services, or solutions to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of expanding their partnership with StringCan Interactive. Track and report on upselling efforts and contribute to the overall business growth targets of the agency. Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Director of Client Services and Strategy to implement and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives. Provide input and feedback on strategy development and optimization efforts. Communication and Reporting: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress, results, and upcoming initiatives. Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and achievements. Problem Solving and Client Support: Anticipate and address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, operations, and strategy, to deliver integrated solutions and meet client objectives. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to drive collective success.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred. Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients and internal teams. Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively using discernment. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and tools is a must.
