• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and ERPs.
• Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and implementations.
• Familiarity with programming languages and APIs.
• Understanding of attribution models and customer journeys preferred.
