We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join a reputable company in Doral, FL. The ideal candidate will be providing essential support across commercial and marketing functions.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Coordinate and execute sampling activities to promote products and engage with consumers effectively.
Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure sufficient product availability.
Assist in budget planning and tracking expenditures to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals.
Manage point-of-sale systems, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, to facilitate smooth transactions and accurate reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Previous experience in customer service or marketing support roles
