Salary Range: $50,000–$54,000
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze program and communication results to uncover trends and opportunities specific to Louisville’s market.
- Ensure program performance aligns with corporate billing terms—accuracy matters!
- Track and report on key metrics to keep leadership informed and ahead of the curve.
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies, driving process improvements that elevate execution.
- Collaborate with corporate and local teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and reports that make data easy to understand and act on.
- Jump into ad hoc projects that support big-picture business goals.
- Maintain clean, accurate customer and lead data in our CRM for forecasting and tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
- A sharp analytical mind with a knack for problem-solving.
- Comfort working with large datasets and spotting meaningful patterns.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
- Strong communicator who can make complex insights simple for any audience.
- Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and reporting software.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
