Job Description - Marketing & Appointment Coordinator


Marketing & Appointment Coordinator (Hybrid Role – Meta Ads + Customer Experience)

Location: Orange County, CA | Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County

At Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County, we’re more than a remodeling company — we’re a team of people who take pride in their work, enjoy helping homeowners improve their space, and want to grow both personally and professionally.

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join us in a hybrid role that blends marketing, communication, and customer interaction. If you enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a positive, forward-moving environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reach out to new leads quickly via call and text
  • Help homeowners schedule in-home design consultations
  • Follow up in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and learn campaign management
  • Post before/after project photos and simple content
  • Keep our Google Business profile updated with posts and reviews
  • Support light website updates

What We’re Looking For

  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Positive attitude and a desire to help people
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with phone, text, and social media communication
  • Open to learning marketing and advertising
  • Understands the importance of consistency and follow-up

Experience with Meta ads is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate.

Compensation & Growth

Part-Time (20–25 hours/week to start):

  • $20–$22/hour
  • $25 per booked appointment
  • $40 per appointment that shows
  • $75 per closed sale
  • Typical earnings: ~$3,500–$4,500/month

Growth Opportunity → Full-Time:

  • $23–$25/hour + same performance bonuses
  • Typical earnings: ~$7,000–$9,000+/month
