About the Role:
Job Title: Marketing and Communication Coordinator
Day-to-Day: Ascendion is looking for a Marketing and Communication Coordinator to support a large healthcare organization in Tampa, FL. This person will need to come with technical aptitude to support complex, high volume provider directory work. They will primarily be responsible for supporting the team managing required communications such as Formularies and Provider Directories. Their focus is quality assurance of changes are reflecting accurately on development documents and final deliverables. They will write, design, coordinate, and produce materials to support corporate and subsidiaries, update member handbooks, provider directories and coordinate activities to support marketing and communications needs. This resource will need to be proficient in content development tools in the Adobe suite and experience working in large spreadsheets.
Must Haves:
3 + years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role 3 + years of experience with Adobe InDeisgn and editing communications 3 + years of experience supporting complex, high volume provider directory work (HEALTHCARE) 3 + years of experience with creating documents & proofing and revising materials 1 + years of experience with either ESEMS or Adobe Workfront Great time management and very details oriented
Plusses: Technical/Personable Background on communications
Location: Remote
Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $50,000 - $55,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
