Schedule:

Generally 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time with some flexibility
Compensation:

Annual salary commensurate with experience + a full benefit package (see below for details)
Summary of Qualifications:
Five (5)+ years of experience in marketing with a consumer facing brand
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing related field
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Intermediate or advanced user of Microsoft Office

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Essential Tasks of the Marketing and Communications Manager:
Campaign Development & Execution:
Lead the development and implementation of marketing plans to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and printed materials.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy and product development.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing marketing activities and recommendations.
Content Creation and Management
Collaborate with the in-house Graphic Designer to create engaging marketing materials for various platforms such as print literature, social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Utilize emerging technologies such as AI to drive efficiency.
Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with product launches and sales promotions.
Digital Media:
Maintain and update the company’s websites ensuring accuracy, relevance, timely information, and user-friendly experience.
Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
Support the development and execution of online campaigns by optimizing SEO and SEM.
Brand Alignment:
Assist with development of the brand standards and design language.
Ensure that all projects align with the brand identity, guidelines, and objectives.
Maintain consistency in visual elements across all platforms and materials.
Event Planning:
Oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibits and conferences to showcase products and amplify brand messaging.
Coordinate internal teams to manage logistics, design, and promotion of events.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, e-commerce and sales to ensure brand consistency in go-to-market strategies and alignment with business objectives.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Organize files, assets, and documentation for each project to ensure efficient workflow and easy accessibility.
Requirements
This job might be for you if you:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with a consumer facing brand.
High level of energy and self-driven.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Critical thinking skills and innovative approach to problem solving
Time management and multi-tasking ability.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Intermediate or advanced user of Microsoft Office.
Ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening
