WB Moore’s Marketing and Community Engagement reports to the Vice President of Operations.  We're seeking a dynamic candidate to elevate our brand presence, drive strategic marketing initiatives, and foster meaningful connections with our industry and community.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Marketing & Branding

• Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals.


• Ensure consistent branding across all media and platforms.


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for insights and growth opportunities.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Create and manage content for web, social media, newsletters, and blogs.


• Oversee SEO, digital ads, and web analytics to improve visibility.


• Manage presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.


• Handle photography, videography, and award submission preparation.

Proposals & Presentations

• Lead creation of proposals, RFPs/RFQs, and qualification packages.


• Work closely with project teams to develop compelling, visually impactful submissions.

Public Relations & Events

• Manage PR activities and build media relationships.


• Plan and attend events: trade shows, industry conferences, community outreach, and internal events.


• Represent WB Moore in industry associations and community initiatives.

Collateral & Promotional Materials

• Design and maintain marketing assets such as brochures, signage, and promotional swag.


• Manage vendor relationships and marketing tools.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.


• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.


• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.


• Experience with website CMS, SEO, social media, and marketing analytics.


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


• Familiarity with proposal development and technical writing is a plus.
