The Opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist who can turn ideas into action.

This is much more than a traditional marketing position.

You'll help grow the Martin One Source brand through digital marketing, social media, online stores, community outreach, events, photography, video, and strategic marketing campaigns that support our commercial printing, apparel, promotional products, vehicle graphics, and branding divisions.

One week you might launch a new online spirit wear store for a local school.

The next, you could be creating videos inside our production facility, planning content for social media, coordinating a community event, designing an email campaign, photographing a customer installation, helping organize a trade show, or working with our sales team on a new product launch.

You'll work closely with leadership, sales, customer service, production, and customers to create marketing that not only looks great—but drives measurable business growth.

What You'll Own

Digital Marketing

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including:

• Website
• Email Marketing
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• LinkedIn
• Social Media
• Online Apparel Stores
• Promotional Campaigns

Responsibilities include:

• Planning campaigns from concept through execution
• Monitoring campaign performance
• Optimizing campaigns based on results
• Tracking ROI
• Identifying new growth opportunities

Social Media & Content Creation

Manage and grow Martin One Source's digital presence through engaging, professional content.

Platforms include:

• Facebook
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• TikTok
• YouTube
• X (Twitter)

You'll create:

• Reels
• Short-form video
• Photography
• Product showcases
• Customer success stories
• Employee spotlights
• Behind-the-scenes production content
• Educational content
• Company announcements
• Community highlights

Website & Online Store Marketing

Help maintain and promote:

• Martin One Source website
• School spirit wear stores
• Corporate apparel stores
• Fundraising stores
• Racing merchandise stores
• Seasonal promotional stores

Responsibilities include:

• Website updates
• Landing pages
• Product launches
• Store promotions
• SEO improvements
• User experience enhancements
• Analytics reporting

Community Engagement

Help expand Martin One Source's visibility throughout the communities we serve.

Coordinate and promote participation in:

• Chamber events
• Community festivals
• School partnerships
• Career fairs
• Trade shows
• Customer appreciation events
• Charity events
• Sponsorships
• Ribbon cuttings
• Open houses

You'll frequently represent Martin One Source at events while capturing photos, videos, and stories that strengthen our brand.

Sales & Business Development Support

Partner with our sales and business development teams by creating:

• Sales presentations
• Customer proposals
• Marketing collateral
• Promotional campaigns
• Product launch materials
• Customer success stories
• Digital presentations

Support lead generation initiatives that help convert prospects into customers.

Brand Management

Ensure consistency across all company branding by maintaining standards for:

• Logos
• Colors
• Typography
• Messaging
• Photography
• Printed materials
• Digital marketing
• Promotional products
• Vehicle graphics
• Apparel branding

Analytics & Reporting

Marketing should produce measurable results.

You'll regularly monitor and report on:

• Website traffic
• Lead generation
• Social media engagement
• Email campaign performance
• Online store sales
• Google Ads performance
• Meta advertising performance
• Event participation
• Marketing ROI

Provide recommendations that improve future marketing efforts.

AI & Marketing Technology

Success After Six Months

You'll be successful when you can:

• Own and manage our marketing calendar.
• Create consistent, engaging social media content.
• Successfully promote multiple online apparel      stores.
• Increase website traffic and online engagement.
• Help generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Coordinate successful community events and trade shows.
• Build stronger relationships with schools, businesses, and community organizations.
• Produce high-quality marketing materials with minimal supervision.
• Identify new marketing opportunities instead of simply completing assigned tasks.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining creativity and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for someone with a combination of creativity, organization, and marketing knowledge.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing,      Digital Media, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Public Relations,      or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation,      communications, or branding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management      abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines      simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional and positive attitude.

Relevant internships, freelance work, portfolio projects, or equivalent experience will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation

We recognize that great marketing drives business growth, and we value the creativity, initiative, and expertise that make it happen.

Salary Range: $48,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, portfolio, and demonstrated skills.
