Pay Rate: $16.00/hour + Commission & Bonuses

What You’ll Do:
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Visit hospitals, clinics, group homes, churches, senior centers, and community events
- Build trusted relationships with social workers, case managers, and local providers
- Represent our services at vendor fairs, senior expos, and networking events
- Communicate effectively with vendors, sponsors, and local partners to coordinate events, collaborations, or promotional activities
- Maintain a weekly contact log and referral tracker
Digital & Print Promotions
- Create flyers, social media content, and newsletters using Canva
- Promote events like Spirit Week, Bingo Social Club, and client appreciation days
- Manage our online visibility (Google Business, Facebook, etc.)
- Capture photos/testimonials (with permission) to show our impact
Referral & Client Support
- Respond to inbound inquiries and referrals
- Deliver marketing packets to families and facilities
- Track client leads and hand off to intake team
- Help convert interest into enrolled clients with professionalism and care
Earn More for Making an Impact
Commission Plan:
$30 for each new client referred and enrolled
Monthly Bonus Tiers:
- 3 clients = +$50 per client
- 6 clients = +$100 per client
- 8+ clients = +$150 per client+ shout-out on our Staff Spotlight Board
Retention Bonus: +$25 for each client who remains active for 60+ days
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.55 per mile for verified outreach
Event hours are paid as part of your schedule
Bonus Payout Schedule:$25 per new client successfully referred and enrolled
$35–$50 per client for 3+ referrals/month (tiered bonus structure)
$100 retention bonus for 8+ clients in a month
Commissions are paid after the client receives at least one full week of services
Details provided in writing during onboarding.
We pay twice monthly:
- Work completed 1st–15th is paid on the 22nd
- Work completed 16th–end of month is paid on the 9th
Commission and bonuses follow the same schedule and are included with your paycheck once verified by the Director.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have a high school diploma (some college or marketing experience is a plus!)
- Communicate professionally with vendors, community partners, and families
- Enjoy talking to new people and building trust
- Have basic Canva/social media skills or are willing to learn
- Are organized and comfortable tracking outreach data and results
- Have reliable transportation
