Are you someone who loves meeting new people, making meaningful connections, and being part of something that truly helps others? We’re looking for a warm, outgoing, and dependable Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist to represent our firm out in the Pensacola community.

This part-time, flexible role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, understands the senior care landscape, and wants to make a meaningful impact—one relationship at a time. You’ll represent us at community events, senior living facilities, and speaking engagements, helping to share our mission and build trust.

We’re looking for an energetic, empathetic, and engaging communicator who excels at networking and relationship-building. With 15–20 flexible hours per week with a hourly pay range of $20 - $25 p/hour, this is a great side opportunity for someone looking to supplement their income. Hours can be scheduled over two days or spread throughout the week.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing & Branding Lead (who’s based remotely) and receive the support you need to succeed—but your impact will come from the real-world relationships you build right here in our local community.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Visit senior communities, facilities, and local organizations to introduce our firm and maintain ongoing relationships
• Distribute brochures, newsletters, and branded gifts to referral partners and groups that serve seniors
• Organize or support community gatherings such as Dementia Support Groups, workshops, and senior-focused events
• Attend and assist with attorney speaking events—setting up materials, welcoming attendees, and representing the firm with warmth
• Track your outreach activities to help us measure impact and stay connected
• Be a genuine, professional, and caring advocate for the people and communities we serve

What You Bring to the Team

• A background in outreach, elder care, healthcare marketing, social work, or a related field
• Comfortable striking up conversations and building rapport with seniors, families, and professionals
• Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage a flexible part-time schedule
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills—you’re someone people naturally open up to
• Professional presence with a sincere desire to help others
• Reliable transportation and comfort with local travel in the Pensacola area
• Availability on weekday mornings, with occasional flexibility for events

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You...

• Have experience supporting public events or working in senior services
• Are familiar with senior living environments or caregiving support services
• Are a “people person” with an outgoing, enthusiastic, and relationship-driven personality (what DiSC would call a high “I”)
• Enjoy working independently while still being part of a collaborative team

Compensation

• $20 - $25 p/hour depending on experience
