RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop, curate, and manage a diverse range of content, including short articles, social media updates, video scripts, and more.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
Vendor & Creative Coordination Assistance
- Help coordinate with creative vendors (photographers, designers, videographers) by managing schedules, gathering assets, and organizing feedback.
- Support the creative request process, ensuring materials are collected, reviewed, and delivered on time.
- Maintain organized files and asset libraries for easy team access.
Event Coordination
- Support event planning and execution, including logistics, timelines, and day-of coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure deliverables are on track.
- Maintain organized calendars, event materials, and track basic performance metrics.
Strategy & Development:
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Focus on engaging investors and other key stakeholders through compelling and informative content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and social media.
- Research new content formats and marketing tactics to enhance overall strategy effectiveness.
Brand Promotion & Reputation Management:
- Actively promote the company's brand, values, and initiatives across all social channels.
- Monitor online conversations and respond promptly to any issues, ensuring positive brand perception.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools.
