Description
The Marketing and Events Coordinator will be responsible for leading outreach efforts for Aurora Integrated Oncology Center (AIOF), crafting compelling content, managing social media, and organizing events that foster connection among patients, community partners, and physicians.
The Marketing and Events Coordinator position will also provide executive support to ensure leadership remains organized and focused. Strong creativity and organizational skills are essential for collaborating across departments, executing impactful marketing campaigns, and coordinating key administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and manage engaging social media content and campaigns across multiple platforms that align with AIOF’s mission and goals.
Manage and grow AIOF’s social media presence across platforms.
Monitor and analyze marketing and social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Maintain and update the organization’s social media and digital presence.
Plan, coordinate and execute community events and outreach programs ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
Assist in planning and organizing special health awareness programs and corporate events.
Represent AIOF at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Build and foster relationships with patients, healthcare providers, staff, sponsors and community partners.
Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance AIOF’s presence in the community.
Develop and distribute promotional materials for community engagement initiatives.
Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, correspondence, preparing reports and document management.
Assist with budget tracking and coordination of marketing and event-related expenses.
Maintain organized records of marketing campaigns, community outreach activities, and key partnerships.
Support internal communications to ensure alignment between departments.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Proven experience in social media management and community outreach.
Experience in event planning and coordination in a professional setting.
