Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing marketing campaigns, support promotional activities, and help execute brand initiatives that align with our clients’ goals. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, creativity, and a strong sense of organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns

• Coordinate event logistics and marketing materials

• Track campaign performance and compile reports

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support branding efforts

• Maintain promotional inventory and prepare materials for distribution

• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback

• Support administrative tasks related to marketing projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or promotions role (internships included)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• High level of attention to detail and creativity
