Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and eager to contribute to the growth of our clients and our agency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional events

• Coordinate promotional materials and manage timelines for campaign rollouts

• Support market research and competitor analysis

• Help organize and attend promotional events, ensuring brand consistency

• Work closely with the marketing team to support branding strategies

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

• Maintain clear communication with team members and clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, promotions, or administrative support role preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Creative mindset with attention to detail
