Marketing & Promotions Assistant | Entry-Level | Paid Training

We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals for an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant position. This role supports marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations for nationally recognized brands.

This opportunity is designed for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in marketing, brand promotions, event marketing, customer engagement, and experiential marketing. Paid training and mentorship are provided, making this a strong starting point for recent graduates or candidates transitioning into marketing.

Team members will assist with live events, promotional campaigns, and brand outreach while developing communication, marketing, and event coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations

• Represent brands at live events, pop-up promotions, and community campaigns

• Engage with customers and event attendees to increase brand awareness

• Communicate brand messaging clearly and professionally

• Support event setup, coordination, logistics, and breakdown

• Collect customer feedback and campaign insights

• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to support campaign objectives

• Maintain a professional and positive brand presence during events

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing, brand promotions, advertising, or event marketing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable interacting with the public at events and promotions

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Reliable, organized, and professional

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus

Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, events, or public-facing roles may be helpful but is not required.
