Marketing & Promotions Management Trainee - Entry Level

🚀 Your Role as a Marketing & Promotions Management Trainee

As a Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on paid training across all aspects of event-based marketing and campaign management. From day one, you’ll contribute directly to outreach success while building the skills needed to advance into team leadership and management roles in as little as 6–12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Get cross-trained in event marketing, public engagement, customer service, and nonprofit fundraising

• Assist in day-to-day operations of live promotional events and in-store outreach campaigns

• Take on early leadership by managing event sites and small teams within your first 90 days

• Collaborate with nonprofit clients and retail partners to ensure successful campaign delivery

• Learn and apply leadership strategies to prepare for rapid advancement

• Support the expansion of campaigns across the West Coast and beyond
