Marketing & Promotions Management Trainee - Entry Level

🚀 About the Role

As a Marketing & Promotions Management Trainee, you’ll receive comprehensive paid training and hands-on experience across all areas of campaign operations. You’ll help run live events and retail-based promotions, represent nonprofit brands, and lead small outreach teams—all while developing the skills to grow into a full-time leadership or management position within 6–12 months.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with in-store promotions and community-based nonprofit events

• Gain cross-functional training in event marketing, public engagement, and donor acquisition

• Support day-to-day logistics of campaign sites and live events

• Take on early leadership by managing event teams and supporting outreach goals

• Collaborate with nonprofit clients and retail partners to deliver successful campaigns

• Help launch new territories and events as our campaigns expand across the West Coast
