Marketing & Promotions Management Trainee: Your Role

As a Trainee, you’ll receive paid, hands-on training in event marketing, campaign management, and leadership development. Work directly on high-impact outreach campaigns and fast-track your growth into leadership positions within 6 to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event-based marketing, public engagement, and nonprofit outreach initiatives

• Manage setup, operation, and success of live events and retail campaigns

• Take early ownership of outreach sites and lead small teams within 90 days

• Collaborate with nonprofit partners and retail hosts to maximize event visibility and community impact

• Participate in leadership development workshops and implement strategies on-site

• Support market expansion efforts across the West Coast and beyond
