🧩 Your Role: Marketing & Promotions Management Trainee

As a Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on, paid training in event marketing, campaign management, and leadership development. You’ll work directly on impactful outreach campaigns and can grow into leadership roles in as little as 6 to 12 months.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event-based marketing, public engagement, and nonprofit outreach

• Help manage the setup, operation, and success of live events and retail campaigns

• Take early ownership of outreach sites and lead small teams within 90 days

• Collaborate with nonprofit partners and retail hosts to maximize event visibility and impact

• Participate in leadership development sessions and apply strategies on-site

• Support market expansion across the West Coast and beyond
