Marketing and Sales Associate
Founded in 1919, Olberding Brand Family is a family company focused on delivering the highest quality and client services in the graphics design, management and printing industry. Our clients are consumer products companies and printers and we help them by delivering a broad range of services from brand strategy and packaging design, to adaptive design across various print and digital platforms, all the way to color management and the production of printing plates. With our world headquarters located in Cincinnati, we have over 350 employees throughout the United States and offices in Europe and Asia.
As we begin to execute our growth strategies, we are expanding our marketing departments capacity and are looking to hire a Marketing and Sales Associate. The Marketing and Sales Associate will help with identifying opportunities to communicate our message to our core audience, deploy messaging and assets, analyze results and report their findings out to the sales and marketing team.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
* Manage 4 company websites for engaging content, imagery and copy
* Ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout our sites
* Develop and manage content calendar for social properties as appropriate
* Create, manage and execute Google ad campaigns, including reporting and learning from Analytics
* Stay up-to-date with advances and capabilities in digital/social marketing
* Coordinate trade conferences - booking, speaking submissions, all assets developed and shipped
* Collaborate with marketing team on program KPIs, and track, analyze and report results
* Help the marketing team develop content for sales presentations
* Identify business managers needs for content or other sales support and work to create or curate appropriate assets
* Analyze competitors marketing and communication strategies
* Develop and execute best-in-class Sales & Marketing sharing process
* Assist with RPF completion
* Manage agenda and required technology for monthly and annual Sales & Marketing meetings
Qualifications Include:
* Experience with business software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Acrobat
* SEO knowledge
* Digital and social marketing experience
* Data analysis
