Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales and vendors to create marketing materials, educational material, and to execute advertising campaigns, oversee marketing communications and tracking of customer responses and effectiveness.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Coordinate with other department to achieve sales needs.
- Maintain samples, and literature required for meetings, trade shows and other events.
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, train customers' employees, explain product features, and solicit orders.
- Present products to customers/prospects based on their needs and interests and answer customers/prospects questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Manage pricing estimates and contracts
- Manage support website.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support/training and provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports.
- Maintain documentation in ERP system.
