Marketing and Sales Director

Responsibilities/Qualifications
A Senior Living Facility in the Muskegon area is hiring a Marketing and Sales Director. We are looking for a Marketing Director with a proven record of generating leads and building relationships in the community. We are looking for closers also, people that can turn the leads into move ins. If you have these talents, we would like to speak with you.

Duties:

Knowledge of creating and driving sales culture at the community with positive influence and attitude

Knowledge of Senior Living industry and understand the difference of service levels (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation)

Exceptional communication skills

Self-starting, focused, goal oriented

Ability to achieve and exceed census goals

Generate leads, schedule and execute tours, manage customer relationship management (CRM) system

Develop business development plan and integral referral relationships in the community

Knowledge of the competitors in the market and understanding points of difference of our community

Requirements:

2 years marketing for a senior living facility

Able to drive and generate leads, meeting with referral sources throughout the community

Proven record of closing sales
