About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Community Specialist to serve as a core operational partner to our client. In this role, you will take full ownership of marketing execution and community management. Your mission is to revitalize audience engagement and streamline our content production pipeline, effectively removing the client from day-to-day operational bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities 

• Community Management: Develop and execute engagement strategies to revitalize the client's community platform. Monitor interactions to identify audience needs and content gaps.
• Content Production & Repurposing: Draft, repurpose, and distribute social marketing content across multiple channels. Perform rough video edits (removing stutters/pauses) using tools like CapCut or Descript before final production.
• Podcast & YouTube Coordination: Upload episodes and videos, customizing templates with compelling hooks and LLM-generated descriptions. Vet and schedule incoming guests and appearances.
• Outreach & Market Research: Identify relevant industry podcasts and manage cold outreach via email or DMs to secure features.
• Project Leadership: Lead assigned marketing initiatives to ensure strict alignment with our brand.

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing & Social Media.
• Proven experience in community management and multi-channel content execution.
• Proficiency with quick-turn video editing tools (CapCut and/or Descript).
• Familiarity with leveraging AI/LLMs for copy optimization and descriptions.
• Strong communication skills for cold outreach and guest coordination
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

What We Offer

• Hiring rate USD 1288$/month (final rate will be experience-based).
• Annual pay increments.
