As our Key Marketing Assistant you will be working in all Clearview Territories. You will have a planned daily Referral Partner route and stopping and checking in with our Referral Partners. You will also pass flyers out part of your day along with other various duties.
Who is Clearview Softwash?
- Clearview Softwash provides a safer alternative to your typical pressure washing for residential and commercial properties. Instead of using high pressure water (3,000 - 10,000 PSI) to clean debris off of surfaces, we use water-based biodegradable chemicals and solutions at an extremely low pressure (50 - 100 PSI) to clean and sanitize the surface. Our solutions emulsify dirt and grime, kills mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria, and breaks down bug nests and webs. We utilize one-third the amount of water compared to pressure washing, provide a clean that lasts longer, and does not risk eroding or damage the surface from high pressure.

Marketing Efforts Necessary:
· Enter pertinent notes from all customer/prospect communications into CRM.
· Continuously improve the quality of our Referral Partner Routes by removing weak performing partners and replacing them with new potential partners.
· Offer and schedule Breakfast/Lunch Presentations as needed.
· Distribute a minimum of 150 Rock/Clip Flyers daily.
· Place a minimum of 2-yard signs daily.
· Attend local Chamber of Commerce monthly meetings, luncheons, grand openings.
· Attend local business networking groups or civic clubs Weekly /Monthly.
· Attend monthly meetings for the association connected to your assigned niche
· Visit/develop one REFERRAL PARTNER ROUT daily (Monday – Thursday).
· Maker sure all Brochure Displays are filled at each Referral Partner location.
· Attend or staff as many ASSOCIATION EVENTS, Golf Tournaments, 5k Runs, and Trade Shows as possible.
· Help Branch Administrator by checking marketing material stocks and reporting low inventory to Branch Administrator.
· Make up missed route visits on Fridays, as needed.
· Create and post at least 1 Facebook post per business day.
· Add all new contact information to the Newsletter Database.
· Help brainstorm, create, and distribute marketing ideas throughout the year.
· Complete 1 training video per month to continue education.

- Must be self motivated and work independently
