Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing initiatives, enhance our brand presence, and contribute to the success of our sales and promotional efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate events, open houses, and community engagements to promote Flintrock Homes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and strategies that support sales objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage administrative tasks related to marketing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor communications.
- Follow up on potential leads, both via phone and email as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft 360, Excel, Docs, and Dropbox and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
