Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in executing campaigns, coordinating projects, and maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for marketing trends and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to meet deadlines and deliverables

• Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior

• Support content creation for digital and print channels

• Maintain marketing databases and perform administrative tasks as needed

• Help ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
