Our client is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team with loyalty scheme coordination, social media monitoring, press coverage reporting, advert bookings, and general departmental administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate loyalty schemes, competitions, and giveaways.
Process invoices, track budgets, and maintain records.
Update internal communication platforms and manage adverts.
Monitor social media engagement and media coverage; prepare monthly reports.
Assist with daily marketing tasks as delegated.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
Budget tracking and administrative ability.
23 years experience in marketing coordination, communications, or admin support.
Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
Bonus: Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva/Adobe).
