Job Description - Marketing Assistant

Our client is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team with loyalty scheme coordination, social media monitoring, press coverage reporting, advert bookings, and general departmental administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate loyalty schemes, competitions, and giveaways.

  • Process invoices, track budgets, and maintain records.

  • Update internal communication platforms and manage adverts.

  • Monitor social media engagement and media coverage; prepare monthly reports.

  • Assist with daily marketing tasks as delegated.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.

  • Budget tracking and administrative ability.

  • 23 years experience in marketing coordination, communications, or admin support.

  • Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or relevant experience.

  • Bonus: Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva/Adobe).
