Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support: Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, website, events).
Content Creation: Help create and edit content for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts, schedule posts, engage with followers, and track performance metrics.
Email Marketing: Assist with the creation and distribution of email newsletters, ensuring content is aligned with campaign goals and targeted to the right audience.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to support the development of marketing strategies.
Reporting & Analysis: Help track and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, email open rates, social media engagement) and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Event Support: Assist with planning and organizing marketing events, webinars, and conferences, including logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-up.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and preparing reports.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Basic knowledge of content creation, graphic design, or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute ideas to marketing strategies.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Ability to think creatively and take initiative in supporting marketing efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
