Marketing Assistant
Role Overview
The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the execution of Reformed Pilates' marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, studio marketing, retail operations, and day-to-day creative projects. This position partners closely with the Brand Manager and Marketing Team to ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, projects remain organized, and studio marketing needs are supported across all locations.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally creative and operational—someone who enjoys designing social media graphics just as much as organizing spreadsheets, managing inventory, coordinating events, and keeping multiple marketing projects moving forward.
This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Old Town Scottsdale Headquarters.
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Social Media
Design graphics for social media, email marketing, studio promotions, and internal communications
Create and edit marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Support monthly content planning and execution of the marketing content calendar
Assist with TikTok content creation, trend research, filming, editing, and posting
Manage Instagram Stories, community engagement, and social media interactions
Coordinate and organize user-generated content (UGC) with instructors, members, influencers, and partners
Organize marketing assets and creative files for digital campaigns
Brand & Studio Marketing
Coordinate studio marketing requests across all locations
Manage ordering and distribution of studio collateral and promotional materials
Support grassroots marketing (GRM) initiatives, partnerships, grand openings, and community events
Assist with promotional campaigns and studio marketing activations
Coordinate vendor communications and project timelines
Google Business & Online Reputation Management
Maintain Google Business Profiles and Yelp listings for all studio locations
Respond to Google and Yelp reviews in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner
Create and optimize listings for new studio openings
Update business hours, holiday schedules, studio information, and photos
Monitor listing accuracy and maintain a strong online presence across all locations
Retail & Inventory Management
Assist with retail purchasing, inventory tracking, and replenishment
Maintain retail signage, promotional materials, and merchandising collateral
Coordinate product launches and retail distributions to studios
Support inventory forecasting and reporting
Milestone Program Management
Manage milestone inventory levels and fulfillment
Coordinate milestone ordering and replenishment
Assist with inventory reporting and forecasting
Ensure members receive milestone rewards accurately and on time
Website & Instructor Support
Maintain instructor headshots and digital asset library
Coordinate instructor biography updates and website content
Ensure studio and instructor information remains current across platforms
Support website updates as needed
Administrative & Project Coordination
Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and production timelines
Coordinate multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously
Support reporting, data entry, and campaign execution
Assist the Brand Manager with department organization and workflow management
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficiency in Canva
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social media trends
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work full-time on-site at our Old Town Scottsdale Headquarters
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Previous marketing, social media, or creative experience
Experience within fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail industries
Photography, videography, and content creation experience
Familiarity with website management platforms and content management systems (CMS)

Within the first 6–12 months:
Marketing projects are completed accurately and on schedule
Studio marketing requests are fulfilled efficiently
Social media content remains engaging, on-brand, and consistent
Google Business and Yelp listings are accurate and actively maintained
Retail inventory and milestone programs operate smoothly
Marketing assets and project files remain organized and accessible
The Marketing Team is supported through proactive communication, organization, and execution

Essential Physical Requirements
To successfully perform this role, team members must be able to:
Frequently stand and walk for extended periods.
Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead as needed.
Assist with studio openings, merchandising, retail displays, community events, photoshoots, and marketing activations.
Set up and break down marketing materials, signage, event equipment, and retail displays.
Work comfortably in an active fitness studio environment with music, movement, and varying temperatures.
Travel between studio locations and company events as business needs require.
